Coming straight out of Appalachian State University with a degree in Business Administration with a double major in Real Estate & Urban Analysis and Risk Management & Insurance, he went almost straight into real estate with Howard Perry & Walston.  Experiencing immediate success he went on to be consistently being recognized as their Agent of the Year, Sales Team of the Year, & numerous other activities and honors.
